Academy of Biblical and Theological Studies

Brian Vickers: Dr. Vickers is a professor of New Testament at Southern Seminary. Brian grew up in Charleston and is a close friend of Randolph Street. He has taught Hermeneutics and the General Epistles at the Academy.

Jim Hamilton: Dr. Hamilton is a professor of Biblical Theology at Southern Seminary. Jim has taught an Overview of the Bible (God's Glory in Salvation Through Judgment) and Law/History books of the Old Testament.

Bruce Ware: Dr. Ware is professor of Christian Theology at Southern Seminary. Bruce will teach the Doctrine of God in August 2012 at the Academy.

Andreas Kostenberger: Dr. Kostenberger is professor of New Testament and Biblical Theology at Southeastern Seminary in Wake Forest, NC. Andreas will be teaching the Writings of John in January 2013 at the Academy.

Greg Gilbert: Greg is the senior pastor at Third Avenue Baptist Church in Louisville, Ky. Greg lectured on the Mission of the Church via Skype in March 2012 at the Academy.

Stephen Wellum: Dr. Wellum is professor of Christian Theology at Southern Seminary. Stephen lectured via Skype on the subject of the Relationship between the Covenants and Baptism in April 2012 and taught our Hermeneutics Class in Spring 2015.

Gregg Allison: Dr. Allison is professor of Christian Theology at Southern Seminary and just recently taught our Systematic Theology 1 Class in Fall 2015.

Michael A. G. Haykin: Dr. Haykin is professor of church history & biblical spirituality at Southern Seminary and recently taught our Church History II Class in Spring of 2016.
